MEH!
The flagship of all the couples resorts, Tower Isle, still has NO information after all this time. When is the app going to be finished. The map also shows pins for the resorts but in the wrong locations. A few features are nice like pre-check in and romance rewards login but many features are missing. It would be nice to have a daily schedule, local weather report, access to the forum, etc.
Useless
What is the point of this app? You cannot check your reservations, you cannot pay for your reservation, you cannot see any activities or menus from the resorts. It’s just like a billboard for the resort on your phone. check the app for the Sandals resorts and you’ll see what I’m talking about. You can manage your entire trip from that one app.
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t load properly when connected to wifi or using data. Disappointing for sure.
