The world seems to be crashing down around you as deadly virus plagues fly through the air and try to land on your head, but that's okay! You've got this covered. If you have the dexterity and skill you think you do, this won't be a problem at all...or will it?
Tilt the device from side to side to move your man and avoid being clobbered. It's not as easy as it sounds, especially since the viruses falling around you are coming at a fast pace and are bent on destroying you.
