ABOUT HEAD 2 TOE ASSESSMENT
Head 2 Toe Assessment is designed for nurses and other healthcare workers to perform quick Head-to-Toe assessment on a patient in 10 minutes or less. The app uses visual image to guide you on how to successfully perform this assessment in a concise but comprehensive manner. This tool will mostly be useful for quick bedside assessment at the beginning, middle or end of your shift. We have incorporated abnormal findings, visual images, and audio to make it easy for you to learn.
