App Description
The Heath Lane Medical Centre app will allow our patients to access everything they need through one central location. They will be able to update their records, order a prescription and book an online appointment. It also includes useful tools such as ‘Self Help Health Videos’ which help patients to self manage their health and well being and a phone book which holds the numbers of local services.
