Description
The Office Discipline Referral app enables staff of Custer, Nesbit, Costaño and Dossin Schools to fill out and export a custom pdf file of their school's multi-page office discipline referral paperwork (or a one page FYI document). The Office Discipline Referral app automatically saves each event, permitting staff to start an entry in the field and then return to it as time allows.

Bug fixes. Lots of fixes. This included bugs where freeform text could be clipped or not saved as expected. All better.

Great app for my school
Our K-8 school uses this app to track ODRs and it’s fantastic. We had Scott customize it to our school’s needs so it works very well for us. Teachers find it easy to use and the convenience of having it on a phone is awesome. The best feature of the app is that once completed, each ODR can be emailed out to all on Staff who need to see it. It’s a great communication tool as well as a data collector.
Super Useful
So much handier than having to find the paper forms. Now I can sit with kiddos and fill it out right on the spot without having to stop and hunt up paperwork first.
Love the app
This is exactly what schools need just wish it was customizable for other schools. Like changing the School name and replacing Cougars
