JOCOM is a mobile online shopping platform for online grocery and lifestyle goods. There are over 5,000 products listed on JOCOM, ranging from groceries, household staples, electronics, and gift ideas to unique, collectible art pieces. New products are also being added on a daily basis. These products have been categorized accordingly for your own convenience. JOCOM is proudly Malaysian-made and currently cater to residents in Malaysia.

SHOP JOCOM
You can shop for items at the comfort of your own home by browsing through the different categories or using the search function bar. Once you find something that you like, just click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and proceed to make payment. JOCOM supports payments via credit cards and Paypal. The last step is to lay back, put your feet up and wait for the item(s) to be delivered to your registered address within the stated time frame. You can also opt for the auto-reorder option for your favourite staple items so you don’t have to go through the app for the same items repeatedly.
QR CODES & JOCOM
You will notice JOCOM banners and bunting signage or pillars across the city, displaying an array of products available on JOCOM, along with its QR Codes. There is a QR Code scanner embedded within the app that allows you to scan the codes on the signage and it will automatically add the product in your cart. Alternatively, these QR Codes are available on brochures distributed to selected physical participating outlets, available both offline and online. This feature was added specially to enhance your shopping experience with JOCOM!
