App Description

The Arcadia Alive Performance & Competency Management System is a Digital Competency Management System that includes a Learning Management System. Known as “PCMS” it provides the customer organisation:

• Visibility of competence right across the organisation
• The ability to assess and track the competence requirements of the organisation
• Identify any gaps in competence at individual, team and organisational levels
• Individualised support and training to help raise competence levels
• An evidence base for assertions of competence

The Services is delivered to the customer via any mobile device through an Application (App) and through a Web Portal. The App allows you to complete your assessments and forms offline, without the need for an active Wifi or mobile data connection. When back online you can synchronise with your account to submit your work to view and manage through the Web Portal.

The configurable elements include:

• Competency Frameworks for each individual role
• Assessment of the demonstrable behaviours you are seeking against your competency framework using a range of behavioural markers up to 5 levels ranging from not competent to aspirational
• Assessment of underpinning knowledge against each competency
• Training and support to enable the development of each competence
• Feedback and reporting forms
• Resource centre
• Reporting and analysis of individual, team and organisational competence & development
