UMAA is a dynamic, versatile martial arts and fitness centre serving adults and children in Croydon and surrounding areas.

Classes are available throughout the week at our fully equipped Dojo, offering professional tuition in martial arts such as traditional and sport karate, kickboxing and judo, boxing and a wide range of fitness classes and personal training to suit every fitness level and goal. Classes are available for children from the age of 3 all the way through to adults, including elite and competition level.

UMAA classes will teach you self-defence whilst improving health, fitness, flexibility, confidence, focus and discipline. The classes will also teach you important life skills such as how to stand up to bullies, team work, targets and goal setting. Classes are fun, exciting and a great place to make new friends.

All UMAA classes are taught by fully trained instructors who are insured, CRB checked and first aid trained.
