Relaxation music app designed to help bring you into a state of peace to help you relax, sleep or even clear your mind from the noise inside or outside your head. As a sleep aid, Mental Sauna music has helped people with insomnia as well as people who just cannot relax their mind enough to succumb to dream land. For creatives, Mental Sauna has been used as a background for blocking out the sounds of the world without leaving deafening silence to allow free flowing thoughts when writing such things as books and scripts. The music is even a great companion to a candlelit bath.
Goal:
To help as many people as possible solve the stresses of everyday life. To help people get sleep. To help people be relaxed, and thus, more productive and happier. I want to help as many people as possible all over the world and make a better place to live.
Information:
The music is built into the app so that there is no need to depend on Wi-Fi. This is especially beneficial to travelers, when Wi-Fi can be hard to find in hotels as well as restrictions on flights and helps keep internet data usage down.
Approximately 1 hour 36 minutes of music selections.
Switch to add rain or stream sounds and slider to add volume to the user’s taste.
Timer allows you to control how long the music plays.
