The FIOU, frequent IOU, is an app let you to record the IOUs with your friends, your roommate and any person who frequently share the bill with you.
You can add an records with several sub-records for a IOUs and its belongings. It is really helpful when equally splitting is inapplicable.
You can also review a summary of the current loan amount with an other user in your contact.
