The latest version enables the app to display dynamic lists for things like food vendors and activities on site. These can be easily favorited by the user to plan for their festival weekend. These features will be enabled as the festival gets closer, which will help fans plan for their festival experience.

App Description

This is the festival's official year-round mobile app. Keep it installed all year for the following key features and benefits:

Receive Notifications - Be sure to opt-in to notifications to be the first to get lineup and on-sale announcements or changes, emergency information while on-site, special offers, and more - these will always come direct from festival staff.

Explore the Lineup - Sort and filter the lineup of talent from A-Z or by headliners. Personalize it by adding bands to your custom schedule to share with friends. Clicking once opens their detail page where you can read their bio, view their video, or go to their website when available. When the full schedule becomes available, use the schedule screen in portrait or landscape mode to manage your entire day.

HealthKit and My Fest Journey - During the festival, personalized badges will be created to help you capture and share your festival journey. For example, there will be badges that capture unforgettable artist moments based on your favorited artists from the lineup. In addition, there will be daily activity summary badges showing the distance you cover each day at the festival, this will be based on your phone’s HealthKit data (steps and distance). You’ll also be able to get personalized badges with quizzes, surveys, and opportunities for rewards made just for you.

Who's that? - Use the AR Fest Lens feature which becomes available during the event by pointing it at a stage when it will tell you who is performing now and who is up next. You might also find other objects around the site if you're lucky. This feature becomes available as the event gets closer.

Explore the Map - The map feature comes with an interactive map with filterable map pins. Slide out the Category Drawer to choose which map pins are visible, such as Stages, Bars, Restrooms, and Activities, and more. Click a pin to see its name and brief description. This feature also comes with a static PDF map that can be used offline or when there's bad cell service.

Throughout the year, the festival will enable features such as contests, photo booths, augmented reality experiences, customer service bots, and more!
