Air conditioning problems on a Sunday of a long weekend; what could be worse? A call to Carolina Cool became a “no problem; we take care of our customers “, words that were spoken by Courtney on the phone. As promised, Brandon called later to say he was on the way. He worked for over an hour to make sure all was well. Both of these individuals were models for perfect employees.
