This tool calculates the voltage drop based on the national electrical code.

The calculator of this app considers the DC resistance and the temperature of the conductor. This is a simplified formula used widely by the electricians in the field.

This calculator is sufficiently accurate for residential wiring as smaller conductors are used in residential wiring.

As soon as the conductor size is selected, the voltage drop is calculated and displayed instantly.

Proper sizing of electrical conductors which needs to be verified agains voltage drop is critical in design, installation and inspection of electrical systems.

This tool does not require any keyboard entries.
