App Description

The 10-20-30 Workout is a high intensity interval training workout that has been proven to be one of the most effective and easy-to-sustain workouts around. Researchers at the University of Copenhagen found that by including bursts of 10-second sprints, one can become faster, fitter, and healthier.

The 10-20-30 Workout app has the recommended workout preprogrammed. Simply press the start button, and you can immediately do the workout. You can also edit and alter this workout by adjusting times and adding more or less repetitions and break periods. Starting the workout produces visual and auditory indicators that tell in which phase of the workout the user should currently be.
