App Description
Pocoyo Playset My Five Senses is a fun and engaging educational application which helps kids to learn about their senses through playing with the variety of games and activities included.
Children will learn vocabulary related to their five senses through an interactive “Senses Lab,” where they can explore the vocabulary and play with the words and their opposites by drawing, taking photos and making recordings to describe characteristics of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell. The will then apply their learning through enjoyable activities such as finding, naming and then matching body parts to the associated with them – all before the time runs out!
With the support of this unit children will:
• Identify and match senses to the part of the body associated with each sense.
• Identify objects by sensory related descriptions/traits.
• Match objects and their opposites, by the sense associated with them.
• Learn and use thematic vocabulary related to the five senses and perception.
