App Description
This app provides a way for members of the United States Coast Guard (enlisted and officers) to use their iPhones or iPads to build a comprehensive set of EER or OER bullets for their evaluation reports. When you create an eval and choose the rank, the app will assemble a report containing the correct Performance Traits that appear in the appropriate form. The app also includes high-level guidance and neatly integrated into the app to help users enjoy an all-in-one solution for aligning their EER or OER support with the needs of the service.
When you are ready to submit your bullets, press the email button and send them to yourself for further manipulation and submission up your chain of command.
To accommodate our cuttermen, this app stores all bullets on your device and does not need connectivity to operate. However, you will need connectivity to email your bullets; so, if you have an eval scheduled while deployed, be sure to send them to your email before you lose connectivity.
