The American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program® (ACS NSQIP®) is the leading nationally validated, risk-adjusted, outcomes-based program to measure and improve the quality of surgical care in the private sector. ACS NSQIP has the tools, training, customization options and, most importantly, data, to keep your hospital ahead of the curve.

Our National Conference offers lectures, panel discussions, and workshops on a range of topics aimed at reducing surgical complications, applying quality improvement to surgical problems, and maximizing the efficiency and resource use in health care.

The ACS NSQIP National Conference strives to:

• Provide a professional forum to discuss and apply the most recent knowledge pertaining to national and local quality initiatives in the field of surgery.

• Present methods used to analyze the ACS NSQIP data and demonstrate practical ways to use ACS NSQIP data for quality improvement.

• Help hospitals manage, analyze, and interpret ACS NSQIP data by providing education on proven methods that will enable hospitals to make a positive impact at their facility.

• Enhance the learning experience by offering breakout sessions to educate attendees on the topic area of their choice and by their level of ACS NSQIP participation.
