App Description
This is a localized Boston MLS driven real estate app, specializing in the Boston and Back Bay areas. The app enables you to retrieve all the details and photos for homes for sale. The location information can be displayed in list format or as drop pins on a map. The app utilizes your GPS location to find homes for sale nearby you, based on your current location, or, you can enter an address or MLS number. You can easily add listings to your Favorites list for offline viewing as well.
Search Options include: Property Type (Condominium, Land, Single Family or Townhouse); Min/Max Price; Min/Max number of Bedrooms; number of Bathrooms. The app also allows you to use your GPS co-ordinates to search for listings around you.
